In the paper, the wireless monitoring system is designed with the existing Bluetooth module, which based on Bluetooth technology. Advanced technology of wireless and close quarters transmission is used dynamic ECG telemonitor systems which make the large volumes of data transmission from wire into wireless, and it is real-time, portable. The portable controller which are carried by patients can continuously record physiological parameters of heart, and in the collection of data, it also transmits data to the analysis workstation for data analysis and processing. It has very important clinical value in the protection of patients.In terms of hardware, through the data collecting systems, ECG signal is enlarged, filtered, and disrupting is gotten rid of, and so on, then ECG signal according with frequency is sent to the PIC singlechip. The ECG signal of processed is sent to module of Bluetooth transmission through RS232, In PC, Bluetooth module receive signals real-timely through receiving module, and transmit signals to PC through PC-RS232.Software, in terms of PIC singlechip control, data collection, A/D convertion, controlling of ECG signal with assemble language of faster running-speed, in terms of PC control, a display software of ECG data with visualization language VB programed, and it increases analytic function, which can determine whether the heart is normal through the waveform of ECG.The system adopts wireless testing technology, so saves the complicated connecting-wire. It's very easy for the operator, and saves the use of space. There is a good market prospect for the application.The system is a try of Bluetooth technology in medical telemonitor systems.
