Since 2008,China has become the largest automobile market in the world,and automobiles play an increasingly important role in people's daily life.However,the construction of parking facilities did not catch up with the development of the automobile market.Statistical data show that the number of existing parking lots is far below 7% of the market demand,which leads to worrying social and livelihood problems such as parking difficulties and parking chaos.Lack of parking space not only affects the traffic of the city,but also hinders the development of the city.It is becoming a major factor that troubles the people's livelihood and restricts the improvement of people's quality of life.In order to solve the contradiction of using precious commercial land in parking time,stereo mechanical garage is gradually accepted by people because of its small average parking space.Compared with the traditional underground garage,the three-dimensional garage has more advantages.Firstly,stereo garage can save more area.Secondly,the three-dimensional garage can better guarantee the safety of people and cars.If someone or car in the garage is not fully parked,the electrical equipment control system will not run.This means that,on the scale of management,mechanical garage can realize the separation of people and vehicles,making it more automated.Considering the control strategy of maximizing the use of space,this paper puts forward an automatic control scheme of three-dimensional garage based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).By optimizing the control strategy,users' vehicles can be accessed automatically,which meets the requirements of three-dimensional garage management oriented to automation and centralization.This paper designs a two-storey,three-storey and five-row three-dimensional parking garage,which can be used to reduce road occupancy,ensure safety and reduce traffic congestion time.On this basis,the design solves the problems of random parking and dirty parking lot,which can prevent the loss,damage and theft of vehicles.Therefore,the improvement of road traffic space environment is very beneficial to improve people's quality of life.Through this design,people's travel is greatly facilitated,so that parking is no longer a travel problem.This is also the inevitable trend of the development of electrification,digitalization and automation.The idea and method of this design can be applied to the design of other garages.
