Study On The Evaluation Methods Of Underground Department Store Fire Vulnerability And Capacity

With the development of economic standard, the innovation of architectural technology and the needs of people’s living, the number of underground buildings in our big and middle sized cities is increasing day by day, especially underground department stores, which go towards a trend of large scale development, but because floors in department stores are not few, scales are large, staff and stores are concentrated and closed, these factors lead to a fact that it is more possible to catch fire in underground department stores than in usual stores. If the underground stores catch fire, it would cause a heavy casualty and asset loss, and the impacts are immeasurable due to the exposure of media. Therefore government and society both pay attention to the fire burned in underground department stores, and it is also one of the most important issues remained to be solved in order to protect people’s living and society’s harmonious development. According to above-mentioned status, it is imperative to analyze the fire danger in underground department stores to prevent and control fire accident through analysis.This paper, based upon fire danger evaluation methods at home and abroad, builds a new method---by confirming fire’s vulnerability and capacity concept in underground department stores, and then aiming at the reasons of fire and control measure after the fire, this new method builds index and makes evaluation.First of all, define fire vulnerability and capacity in underground stores, and classify combustible goods and ignition source in underground stores into fire’s vulnerability, and then use accident number to imitate the scene after fire, classify active fire prevention measures, store fire control team, external fire control support power and passive fire prevention measure into stores’capacity to fight against fire accident.Secondly, analyze the index of fire’s vulnerability and capacity in underground stores, namely by analyzing and concluding combustible goods, ignition source and various control measures, this paper finally gets19level three index and builds the fire’s vulnerability and capacity index system in underground store.At last, use layer analysis method and adopt method values endowed by experts to affirm each index’s weight, and again adopt several experts and take experts’weight values into consideration to get each index’s weight value. Use inspect sheet safety assessment method to mark each element in level three index according to laws and regulation standard, calculating the correspondent scores of fire’s vulnerability and capacity in underground store. And then use these two index to have a ratio calculation, and then affirm the danger rate of fires in underground stores by contrast with the fire danger level.
