With the gradual advancement of the construction of strong smart grid,the distribution network which facing lifeline support has been more and more important.In recent years,extreme external disasters occur frequently in the world.Distributed generation become more and more common.All of these bring challenges to the safe and stable operation of distribution network.Therefore,it is very important to take effective and reasonable methods to improve the capacity of disaster response.In the background of "smart grid situation awareness and disaster response to important technology research and development" and "panoramic information based on smart distribution network security defense and self healing control method" project.Firstly,the single natural disasters were analyzed,the fault probability model is established.And considering the information system and the effects of aging,the fault probability of compound disastersis obtained.Example analysis shows that the proposed model can effectively predict the probability of fault occurrence.Secondly,the topological structure model considering the randomness of disaster is established,and the cooperative vulnerability analysis is carried out for distribution network with DG.Evaluation index system which considering the synergistic vulnerability is set up.The dynamic assessment method is used to evaluate the disaster capacity of distribution network in real time.Then,the method of determining the candidate position of DG is proposed,A genetic algorithm with an elite reservation strategy is used to coordinate disaster resistance planning.The optimization algorithm convergence is speed up.The concrete reform plan for the electric power and communication lines is put forward,so that the planning process is more comprehensive.Through the example of IEEE33,it is proved that this method can effectively improve the capacity of the distribution network.Finally,for the high permeability distribution network,in order to ensure the power supply to the key load,the rapid reconfiguration of the distribution network is proposed.Which from the the Isle division and the remaining network.To minimize the number of switch actions when islanding,it is convenient to fully restore the power supply in the later stage.When the remaining network is rebuilt,we consider the influence of DG output,and maximize the DG advantage.Through the PG&E69 system verification this method can be used to optimize the post fault network,and the reconstruction of the network has certain disaster resistance capability.the Response Capacity of Disaster...
