In recent years,there are many academic researches on the problem of high employee turnover rate in small and medium-sized enterprises,but most of them focus on theoretical research,and most of them focus on real estate and manufacturing industry.There are even fewer studies on employee turnover in 4S stores,especially in a certain department of 4S stores.In addition,many scholars at home and abroad in the recent ten years according to the various reasons of the loss of employees and puts forward relevant solving measures,most direct reference or to use the management theory of the west,not according to the actual situation of China and the organic integration of the special situation of automobile industry,so there are a lot of research in these areas and the development of space.This paper analyzes and summarizes the enterprise factors affecting the high turnover rate of staff in the after-sales maintenance department of XY Audi 4S store,further discusses the problem of staff turnover in the after-sales maintenance department of this industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The high staff turnover rate in the after-sales maintenance department of XY Audi 4S store has seriously affected the normal operation of the after-sales maintenance work in the 4S store and increased the operating cost,which has brought difficulties to the human resource management of the company,and brought a relatively negative impact on the company's operation and business promotion.So,this article will XY Audi the body of the 4 s inn after-sales maintenance department as the research object,the reference on the basis of a large number of literature material,through the investigation,interview,questionnaire survey research methods such as the department staff management model,by analyzing the actual state of development,it is concluded that the cause of the department staff turnover is high,and puts forward effective solutions,in order to reduce staff turnover.The content of this paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background,significance and purpose of this paper,and proposes its own research ideas and methods by referring to domestic and foreign literature on employee turnover.The secondchapter summarizes the relevant theories and the management model of employee turnover,and summarizes the impact of employee turnover on enterprises.Chapter three introduces XY Audi 4S store and after-sales maintenance department,including organizational structure,salary policy,welfare,assessment method and promotion mechanism.Chapter four investigates the current situation of staff turnover in the after-sales maintenance department of XY Audi 4S store and analyzes the reasons for the high turnover rate in the after-sales department.Chapter five puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to reduce the staff turnover of this department.Chapter six summarizes and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.I hope to take this as an example to effectively and scientifically promote the future development of the industry,so that it can gain an advantage in the fierce market competition,so as to promote the further development of 4S store staff management.
