As one of the safety system of vehicles, the anti-pinch power window lifer is focused on attention at home and abroad, and many experts and scholars began to study anti-pinch window control system. It is great significance for promoting the development of China’s automobile industry and technological progress. Based on this background this paper carries out in-depth research on the power window control system. Moreover, it focuses on anti-pinch control strategies and algorithm.Firstly, this paper introduces the principle, the overall framework and system architecture of anti-pinch window system; Secondly, it carries on a detailed analysis of the two current regulations and standards about anti-pinch (European standard and US standard), to ensure that anti-pinch control designer to meet regulatory standards. Based on the market research, three main anti-pinch control testing program were analyzed and compared, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the three algorithms. Considering of the environmental impact of anti-pinch control strategies and algorithm, this paper presents an anti-pinch control algorithm based on Kalman filter algorithm that in unknown observation noise condition. Using wavelet transform signal and noise separation, through real-time tracking of changes in the measurement noise, the proposed algorithm is used to solve the problem of divergent and failure based on Kalman filter. Finally, based on the study of anti-pinch algorithm introduces the design of hardware and software components. And also, through simulation and experimental verification, it verifies the reliability of the proposed algorithm.From the perspective of system structure and control principle, this article proposes Kalman filter algorithm based on the real-time estimation of noise. Both from the perspective of simulation and experimental verification, the proposed anti-pinch control algorithm has good stability and reliability, and the anti-pinch window control system design and research has some theoretical significance and good practical value.
