The forming process parameters tested though rubber bladder "one step" forming, whichare essential data for the aviation industry rubber forming process of sheet metal parts. Thecorresponding parameters tested from sheet metal parts,are applied in rubber bladder"one-step" forming in the as-quenching conditions, which play a pivotal guiding role inprocessing of sheet metal parts, to review process,to calculate theoretically springback and todevelop secondarily CATIA and PAM-STAMP software.Storing the parameters in the finisheddatabase, these are the aviation industry in domestic and external existing rubber bladder"one-step" forming after as-quenching and measured by experiment.On account of the aboveopoinions, collecting a great deal of data parameters, in the meantime, doing theunidirectional tensile tests,measuring the process parameters of forming limit tests of2024、2A12and other aluminum alloy sheet, but also establishing a database system model,actualizing the function of the corresponding system.The following is the article mainresearch fruits:Aiming at the sheet metals used in the rubber bladder "one-step" forming,are tested toget the process parameters under as-quenching state, and are classified to show,saved in thesystem developed.Selected Access2007database application of simple and practicalinformation management system as the data storage platform, Visual Basic6.0interface foroperating and empoldering, to develop the forming process parameter database. Based on thelogin permissions settings, the administrator can query, add, delete, modify the correspondingmaterials of process parameters in the database. While the common users only own thepermissions to query the existing data. Mainly realizing the function to query and retrievetheforming process parameters as the result of rubber bladder "one-step", quickly accessing torubber forming of sheet metal material information, mechanical performance parameters, thetypical parameters of mechanical properties, process performance parameter, the forminglimit diagram,stress-strain curves and related aerial industry standards in the application of database system. To some extent,the database substitutes for the process of manual andhandbook of materials, and makes up the shortage of rubber bladder forming parameters ofthe manual.
