Along with modern aviation manufacturing special requirements on the performance of the aircraft maneuver safe and comfortable degree, high precision strike capability, also the manufacturing maintenance cost, to keep up with the times the aircraft structure design, new materials and the generating process should be improved. Therefore, for the manufacturing precision of aircraft sheet metal parts and quality also put forward higher requirements. There are a variety of ways for modern aircraft sheet metal parts production and processing technology. Among them, the rubber bladder forming technology is an effective method of aircraft sheet metal stamping,The stand or fall of the original shape of blank material size and directly influence the quality of formed parts.All kinds of professional and technical personnel to the problem of sheet metal unfolding constantly research, put forward a variety of methods, one is based on the test and the traditional method of blank material on simple theory;Second, the finite element method.According to the different types of rubber bladder forming parts unfolding formula is proposed based on geometric method of rotating translation compensation method.This method needs to be based on the inner surface of the sheet metal parts, such as the surface,line and point feature extraction, and then using the method of plane interception of circular arc surface and flange face, get the plane curve for two-dimensional again after operation. In the end final using the surface function make the unfolding plane.In this paper, by comparing characteristics of the secondary development of the sheet metal forming PAM-STAMP software and 3D modeling CATIA software, select CATIA V5 as software platform, and use the CAA interact in sheet metal unfolding system development.Put forward the man-machine interactive way of forming parts feature extraction method, and according to the different flanging form make five kinds of situation:round hole flanging parts,straight flanging parts, convex curve flanging parts, concave curve of the flanging parts,complicated with subsidence parts. Separately in system development, design, functionmodule, analysis.In this paper, by using sheet metal unfolding system operation to get the original blank shape, and using the spring back compensation system design forming die, and do forming test and finite element numerical simulation. Through the contrast analysis of deviation between measured results and original part to verify the accuracy of the sheet metal unfolding system.
