With the continuous growth of the Beian thermal load, the heating capacity of BeianThermal Power Co., Ltd. has not been able to meet the heating needs, the existing heatsource and a small amount of money, low vacuum heat supply rebuilding of2x50MWextraction condensing heating units, improve the heating capacity of the unit has become apower plant of this important technical work.Unit for low vacuum heating renovation project, not only can improve the heatingcapacity of the unit, meet the needs of recent heat load, also can maximum use of the steamturbine exhaust steam release of the latent heat of vaporization, further improve the powerplant thermal efficiency, reduce the rate of thermal power plant power generation standardcoal consumption, greatly improves the economy of thermal power plant, to achieve energy-saving emission reduction, improve the level of urban environmental protection, with goodeconomic benefits and social benefits considerable, in full compliance with the requirementsof the relevant policies of the state and local governments.Through the demonstration of the Harbin steam turbine plant, Beian Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. is now run2sets of CC50-8.83/0.981/0.118type double cylinder, a double pumping,impulse condensing steam turbine unit can be steam pressure is increased to25kpa, and thisparameter can be safe, stable and continuous operation, condenser pressure bearing capacityof the fully meet the heating backwater pressure0.25MPa requirements, fully equipped withthe possibility of low vacuum operation.The main research contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1) this paperfirst briefly introduces the research background of the topic and the heating situation, thepurpose and significance of the research and accurate selection of research methods andresearch content, and expounds the general situation of the project and feasibility study ofthe basic theory.(2) the analysis of the market feasibility from the aspects of the domesticand international thermal market demand analysis, the low vacuum heating projectconstruction content analysis and so on.(3) a detailed description of the project constructionfeasibility analysis from the heating process, technological transformation, selection ofequipment and automation, etc. this project using the technology were analyzed.(4) from theproject environmental impact assessment, project organization and the allocation of humanresources and staffing, project implementation schedule three aspects to conduct a feasibility analysis.(5) the analysis of investment estimation, financing scheme, project financialevaluation and risk analysis of the heating investment projects.Low vacuum thermal transformation project is in line with the national policy of energysaving and emission reduction, after the completion of the transformation, the thermalefficiency of thermal power plant by original52.3%increased to54.57%, the annual coalsaving folding of standard coal12500tons; reduce the NOx emission57.6t, reducing SO2emissions485t and reduce CO2emissions290000t, not only to solve air pollution problemsin Beian City, effectively reduce energy consumption, which greatly improved the naturalenvironment of the city and to enhance the quality of the city. At the same time, theinvestment soft environment of Bei’an is optimized, which creates good social andenvironmental benefits..The operating period of this project is expected to be20years.Assumption takes intoaccount both the existing stock of assets and heating renovation project new assets and inreturn on the benchmark rate for8.5%of the estimates, in all of the investment income rateis21.08%; total investment net present value are greater than zero; internal income of itsown funds rate for31.82%(meet industry standards); registered capital of net present value(NPV)212.38million yuan is greater than zero, to meet industry standards. The paybackperiod of this project is6years (including1years of construction period), the returnis high, the payback period is short, and the risk of the project is small..Therefore, theconstruction of the project put into operation, not only to meet the regional heating loadgrowth needs, also has good income, to further enhance the market competition ability of thepower plant, indicating that the project is feasible.
