This article expounds the basic elements of investment project analysis: total investment,total cost,sales revenue,tax and profit,summarizes the relationship between the basic elements,introduces various methods of investment project analysis and evaluation.From the perspective of risk control,it understands the uncertainty analysis method of project: break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis,It also recognizes the importance of economic benefit analysis for project decision-making.Influenced by climate warming and energy factors,driven by policy and technological innovation,the automotive industry has gradually shifted from traditional fuel engine to new energy power engine,in which power battery system has become the mainstream of industry development.This article analyses the background of the development of power battery industry in full swing at present.Mainstream automobile enterprises at home and abroad have formulated a ban on the sale of fuel vehicles,vigorously invested in the new energy automobile industry,and promoted the annual doubling of the growth of new energy automobiles.At present,lithium battery materials are widely used in power battery system products to meet the high energy density and capacity needs of power batteries.Power battery batteries belong to combustible solids.The lithium battery materials used in power battery batteries have strong activity.Under special circumstances such as overcharge and overdischarge,there will be spontaneous combustion.Therefore,the product structure and manufacturing technology of power battery systems have special requirements in safety design.Power battery system production line construction plant and warehouse need to meet the requirements of Class C secondary fire protection of the national standard.The general plan and logistics and warehouse,building structure,water supply and drainage,heating,ventilation and air conditioning,power facilities,electrical control,lightning protection and grounding,fire alarm and consumption linkage control,automatic control engineering and other plant construction conditions are analyzed,and the investment estimates of the plant are estimated.For the design of production line,according to the high-voltage safety characteristics and special process characteristics of power battery system,the key control links of power battery production line are analyzed: the storage of power battery module adopts three-dimensional library;the assembly and assembly of power battery module,high-voltage operation and high-voltage insulation monitoring all adopt the automatic assembly of robot with integrated vision system to ensure the safety and reliability of high-voltage circuit;Charging and discharging function detection is the biggest step of the safety risk of the whole production line.At present,the domestic main use of manual connection lines,far away from or isolated from the test environment to deal with,while advanced enterprises in Europe and the United States gradually adopt automatic docking and automatic testing in a closed environment to deal with,while equipped with explosion-proof box,explosion-proof forklift truck,goggles and other emergency treatment facilities.The application of information system in the design of production line is more and more.Torque data,airtight test data and function test data in the whole process are collected,saved and analyzed by information system.Key components are scanned and traced to meet the requirements of national laws and regulations.With the continuous maturity of intelligent manufacturing technology,automatic assembly will gradually become the standard of the industry,and equipment investment will gradually standardize.This article calculates and forms an investment estimate table,analyses the cost composition and total cost of a single set of power battery system,applies the investment evaluation analysis method to analyze the economic benefit of the project,and carries out the profit and loss balance analysis and sensitivity analysis of the project,which forms the basic standard for the investment project of power battery production line construction.With the leap-forward development of new energy automobile industry,the development of power battery industry will also usher in good opportunities.The study of investment and economic benefits in this paper will provide some reference for the company's follow-up investment in power battery production line construction.
