Pumping station in the farmland drainage, irrigation, water transfer, take a veryimportant responsibility, at the same time, to ensure the normal production in the industryand agriculture and rational allocation of water resources and the effect that cannot replace.Phoenix Pumping station belongs to service the changbei north flood and drainingwaterlogging.Phoenix Pumping station in situ were introduced in this paper the design ofthe control unit, the concrete content includes the design of the hardware and PLC programdesign, equipment and processing and communication mode in situ device debugging andmaintenance of four parts.Hardware design mainly includes routine pump control circuit design, gate controlsystem design, selection of PLC system and interface circuit design,10kV high-voltageswitchgear control system design and on-site0.4kV bus bar design;The PLC program design mainly includes the modular programming and simulationof the amount of data processing.Including pump control module design, gate controlsystem design, high pressure and low pressure return circuit of automatic control, analogdata conversion program is designed, using modular design to improve the efficiency ofprogramming, all the procedures after debugging and commissioning, achieved theanticipated goal;Device of communication mode adopted contains a variety of complex networkprotocol, using TCP/IP, the Profibus field bus and RS485bus, protocol conversion methodof software and hardware, and finally achieved in industrial Ethernet based VPNcommunication network, completed the agreement between high-speed stability of datatransmission, provides real-time online monitoring of the whole system with thecommunication support.Thesis finally summarizes the way of debugging of PLC control system in situmonitoring equipment, equipment maintenance methods and steps are summarized.In a word, I through the integrated use of automation control technology, networkcommunication technology, electric drive technology, design and debug completedphoenix Pumping station situ control device, improve the Pumping station safe and reliableoperation, improve the working efficiency.
