Currently, Intelligent Apparatus developed very rapidly. As the use of a wide range ofcontrol apparatus, the intelligent of alternating current contactor is very slow. The intelligentof AC contactor is to increase the service life of AC contactor. Because in the course of ACcontactor often requires fast closing and breaking a large current, the arc when closing the ACcontactor and bounce generated in opening process are the major factors affecting their life.Currently, the most methods used by intelligent products cannot be achieved speed controlwhen closing AC contactor and breaking the three-phase contact when breaking zero current.The asynchronous modular contactors used in this article, is through every phase contactswere closed loop phase control. Through the implementation of closed-loop control for thedisplacement can achieve opening and closing process for the contact speed control, throughcontacts for independent control of each phase can be achieved over a three-phase zero idealbreak. In this paper, the following aspects of research.First, according to the literature, this paper proposed three kinds of design scheme. As thedesign scheme of stepping proportional solenoid electromagnet, the design scheme of theopen-loop control stepping solenoid, the design scheme of the closed-loop control solenoidelectromagnet. A comprehensive comparison was used by these three design schemes, includ-ing the feasibility of every design scheme, economy, reliability, and analyze the advantagesand disadvantages of these programs. Finally, the closed loop control solenoid electromagnetscheme was choose.Secondly, this paper designed a solenoid electromagnet as the contactor’s solenoidmechanism. Access to information, the solenoid electromagnet of specific structural parame-ters is designed. Through detailed analysis, and the equation is derived, electromagnetic suc-tion was derived the required, the control circuit parameters of electromagnetic system wascalculated.Thirdly, the dynamic equation of solenoid electromagnet was establishment. The dynam-ic process model of the entire electromagnetic mechanism was formed by establishing a limitmovement model. The specific dynamic equation was established in the Simulink. Accordingto the electromagnetic system open-loop simulation, planning out the contactor opening and closing the planning process corresponding displacement curves by adjusting the parametersof PID controller, making contacts by planning curvilinear motion. Respectively, the systemwithout bouncing in closing process and fast-opening in opening process was achieved.Finally, according to the different in no-arc-breaking control method of the asynchronousmodular contactor, adaptive zero-current control method was used. The initial delay time is setto5ms, and through software, the delay time was adjusted. According to the detected currentsize, whether the use of the delay time was determined. In order to achieve the three-phase ACcontactor had zero-current breaking.
