Under mass customization and green design environment, how to correctly andefficiently acquire the customer requirements information of green products is the keyfactor to design customer satisfaction products. However, for the complexity ofcustomer requirements expressing, it’s very difficult to acquire and process the greenproducts customer requirements, which seriously affecting the efficiency and accuracyof product design. To solve the above problems, the paper proposes a research subject ofgreen products customer requirements processing and conversion method based onknowledge reuse. At first, the present domestic and foreign researches about customer requirements andknowledge reuse are reviewed. Then the paper points out the shortcomings of existingresearch methods, and expounds the necessity of this research. Using the ontologytheory, the paper expresses the green products customer requirements knowledge, andconstructs a customer requirements knowledge model for green products based onontology. Combining the specific characteristics of green products customerrequirements and the general process of knowledge retrieval, the semantic knowledgeretrieval system model is constructed by using Ontology. Through query expansionbased on domain ontology and knowledge retrieval based on semantic similarity, thepaper acquires the knowledge of green products customer requirements. By optimizingand reusing the customer requirements knowledge, the paper obtains the optimalcollection of customer requirements. Using causal analysis method, the conversion fromcustomer requirements to green design engineering parameters is realized. Based on thesensitivity analysis method and hierarchical quality house method, an improved methodis presented to determine the weight of green design engineering parameters. Takingcustomer satisfaction as the ultimate goal, the paper evaluates the customer satisfactionof green design engineering parameters to ensure the correct implementation of greendesign. Finally, taking the refrigerator product as an example, the implementation of themethod is illustrated.
