As the fast development of modernization, China Railway High-speed (CRH) has been becoming a convenient, pollution-free and popular means of transportation. However, earthquakes can make CRH in normal operation suffered severe disaster potential, like train overturning, due to higher seismicity in most area of China, the early warning system for CRH has been paid more attention in recent years. The main work of this study, as illustrated below, will focus on earthquake early warning system for CRH and give some useful suggestions for constructing such system:(1) Taking typical CRH route in China as an example to show how to consider the potential earthquake threatern from seismic belts surrounding the CRH routes, and know the main potential seismic areas, their seismic parameters, and then possible ground motion accelerations in different parts of such route;(2) Studying earthquake early warning system for CRH, especially, the estimating the relation between warning region and warning time according to regional seicmic activity features;(3) Studying the distribution of seismic monitoring instruments installed along CRH route and in potential areas based on on-site warning, regional warning and hybrid warning models;(4) Putting forward some suggestions for CRH disaster preventing and recovering based on present national earthquake warning system; unmanned aerial vehicle.
