With development of economic and the development strategy of One Belt And One Road, the high-speed railway has been great developed. It means that it’s essential to establish the efficient and reliable the earthquake early warning and track monitoring system on the high-speed railway. Moreover, optical fiber grating sensors have the advantage of anti-electromagnetic, high precision, easy networking and long distance transmission, etc., which make it play a great role in many sensing areas. So that this paper designed a FBG sensing network of high-speed railway early warning systems, and combined it into FBG track monitoring systems, in order to realize all-optical fiber sensing on railway security system.In this paper, the earthquake early warning technology and principle of monitoring seismic waves using FBG accelerometer are analyzed at first, while the FBG sensing properties are known by simulating and analyzing the FBG sensor parameters. And then Three-component FBG accelerometer is used to design sensing network of earthquake early warning system, and VPI and MATLAB tools are used to simulate and analyzes the sensing network to verify its correctness. Finally, the combining proposal of earthquake and tracks monitoring system is put forward, which includes related parameters design, FBG sensor layout, sensing signal demodulation.The Innovations of this paper is as fellow: The FBG acceleration sensor is used in the new field which is the high-speed railway earthquake early warning system, combining FBG sensing network of rail-way and seismic monitoring into one as well; it used VPI and Matlab to simulate the FBG sensing network of earthquake early warning, offering the basis for this article; this design allows two monitoring systems share a broadband laser source, signal demodulator, signal analysis system, linkage control system; it can avoid the complication of sensing networks and insignificant cost...
