The traffic of city is in constant growth and roads of city are increasingly congested. Result in a large number of vehicle exhaust emissions and in environmental contamination. Double-deck bridges partially relief land resources which is scarcity and reduce the cost of land. Therefore, the construction of the double-deck bridges and space transportation network can partially solve the problem of urban traffic congestion, but the double-deck bridge and seismic research has lagged behind the actual construction. This paper introduces the development of the double bridge and the current status of research, describes the phenomenon of a bridge at the time of the earthquake disaster and the current bridge seismic analysis theory adopted.(1) Use Midas/Civil to establish a spatial model which is based on a suspension and tied arch double bridge. Comparing to the dynamic characteristics of the double bridge when the double-deck bridges were used rubber bearing basin and lead-rubber bearing.(2) Discuss the internal forces and displacement of the double-deck bridge under E2seismic waves when the double bridge using rubber bearing basin.(3) Introduce the principles and methods of how seismic wave seismic waves selected. Change the2nd Jinbowan bridge rubber bearing basin to the lead-rubber bearing. On time-history analysis, respectively horizontal longitudinal study of seismic and horizontal seismic action seismic response of structural internal force and displacement.(4) Introduce the structure and principles of viscous dampers, consider the model describes the effect of different stiffness, Kelvin model,Maxwell model,Wiechert model. Then study the different damper parameters affect the structural response, and select the optimal damper parameters of the damper based on the main principles of election.
