| The urban railway system makes a very significant role in the public transit system. As technology advances and economic develops, people concern more and more on the PIS system. The latest PIS system should serves people with ordinary and emergency information timely, entertainment, news and ads at the same time. With the advancing and spreading of multimedia and HD technology, the video playback unit on the train is making a more and more important role in the PIS system.The rail transport operators are proposing higher demand of the video playback unit on the train:High Definition, breaking down bypass, meeting the temperarute and EMC standards, low power consumption and low cost.This thesis talks about overall structure selection of PIS system, then chooses the proper on-chip platform solution with considering the demand of an urban project abroad. The system hardware design, schematic diagram design and printed circuit board design are focused on. During the schematic diagram design, each functional module is discussed in detail. Layer stack design, signal integrity, EMC and manufacturing technique are discussed in PCB design. The project requirement, related national and international standard are introduced. The functional test and performance test are conducted sufficiently, which prove the design requirements are satisfied. |
