The research of wind power main shaft bearing test machine is studied which simplify cost. Methods below as main research method were applied like analysis of technical requirements and test bearing conditions, collect domestic and foreign successful program, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of plan and improve the summary. According to the modular design method and computer aided design, the appropriate solution and verify the calculation and analysis was determined. And the whole scheme of the testing machine is obtained after repeated improvement.Experience and CAD method apply to structural design. Using the rational model to make it easy to design. An effective method to reduce the friction force of heavy load bearing is proposed, which can reduce the friction force by about 98%. Through comparison concluded that the reduced force transmission path can effectively improve the stiffness of the same space. Maximum deformation decreased from 1.162mm to 0.115mm. By a comparative analysis of the same space equal thickness base according to the longitudinal tensile structure than the transverse tensile structure more stable and stiffness increase 300 times. The whole direction of the deformation in the 1.26-6.2mm, the test bearing the greatest impact is 0.5mm.In this paper, ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the deformation, stress, buckling analysis, structural extension and optimization of the FMA for each component and the whole machine, and results are are acceptable.Hydraulic system design according to the requirements of the load calculation, on the basis of the design of hydraulic circuit and components selection. The loading plan adopts hydraulic loading, axial load working load 5-2450kN, radial load working load 5-5150kN. Load accuracy 192 and162N.The measurement and control system is designed according to the loading system and the technical requirements. According to the sensor, switch, button design PLC interface circuit, drawing PLC electrical control schematic and PLC external wiring diagram.The design and drawing of this machine has been examined and verified. The conclusion has been verified by the finite element software. This paper can provide reference for the research of MW class main shaft bearing test machine.
