Transmission test do some tests and analysis of the performance and service life for the components in driveline,providing some reliable scientific basis for designing and evaluation. Given the big test power and long test time,a large amout of energy will be consumpted and the test cost will be very large.Under this circumstances,the test system with energy recycle is put out of mind.There are three energy form in recyclable system:mechanical energy,electric energy and hydraulic energy.The hydraulic energy recyclable system is not used as commonly as the other two and the test object is only confined to the hydraulic component,because the domestic hydraulic technology is not as good enough as the outside.But as the proportional and servo hydraulic technology advanced,realizing the hydraulic energy recyclable system for common tranmission components is not a dream,and it is building in this paper.After detailed analysis of the pressure and flow rate in energy recyclable system,the structure of the hydraulic energy recyclable system is built.The system has considered the technical difficulty,the complexity of equipment,the system flexibility,costs etc..Firstly the hydraulic system is designed particularly.In order to verifying its reasonability and practicability,a large amout of theoretical calculation and analysis of the torque,flow,pressure and power is presented.Finding the factor affecting the recycled rate and overcoming them.Then the corresponding control system is designed,to assure the hydraulic part run accurately,stably and efficiently.For the sake of further confirmation,the accomplished system with a particular test object is designed.The hyraulic part is built in AMESim,which is a simulation software,and the electric control part is built in Simulink,which is also a simulatin part of MATLAB software.Then the simulation is run with the two simulation software combining together.Analyzing the simulation results and overcoming them repeatedly,until the reasonable result is out.The hydraulic energy recyclable system is not only an application of hydraulic technology in transmission test,conquering the weakness in the present energy recycled system,but also an expansion of the transmission test theory,promoting the development of energy saving technology.It has important significance to the development of engineering technology.
