With the rapid development of car industry,transmissionas an important component of cars drive,its performance requirements are more and more high.The transmission hydraulic test bench as a platform to test the performance of hydraulic components of the transmission is mainly composed of hydraulic system,measurement and control system and remote monitoring system.As an important technology of industrial transmission and control,hydraulic system is very important to the accuracy of test bench measurement.Measuring and controlling technology for controls and monitors the working process of the test bench is the important component part of the transmission hydraulic test bench.The remote monitoring system is an upgrade form of the test bench measurement and control function,which realizes the remote control and test of the test bench.Along with the transmission application popularization,its hydraulic test bench design research and development becomes the research significant research direction.This aims of this thesis is to realize the detection performance of the transmission hydraulic test bench.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)Based on the analysis and understanding of the structure and function of the transmission hydraulic components,the hydraulic system of the test bench was designed according to its performance characteristics and appearance characteristics,and the type selection of the hydraulic components of the test bench was completed and verified by calculation.(2)Based on the design of the hydraulic system,the measurement and control system was designed.PLC as the core components of lower control part,IPC as the major partion of the upper data processing and control part,cloud platform as the significant parts of the remote measurement and control partwere designed and selected.(3)Industrial Ethernet is used to realize the communication between IPC,PLC and touch screen,and Modbus-TCP communication between IPC and remote gateway was completed.At last,The hardware system for testing and controlling hydraulic testbench was debugged through powering on.(4)Basedon this,through the preparation of virtual instrument development platform(LabVIEW),PLC and touch screen three parts of the software program,the three information interaction were achieved.Lastly,The established hydraulic test bench is tested and verified.Aiming at the problems of control automation and low degree of network in the field of industrial production of traditional transmission hydraulic test bench,this paper puts forward a remote measurement and control system based on industrial Ethernet,IPC,PLC and cloud platform.Using industrial computer powerful data processing function,the reliability of PLC control,high precision of the sensor,automatic control technology of virtual instrument development platform and cloud platform technology has realized the remote monitoring data transmission service transmission the operation of the hydraulic test bench,the automatic data acquisition,data processing and analysis,and other functions.After debugging and running,the test bed is proved to have good performance.The design and research of this thesis is of reference significant for the design and improvement of the hydraulic test bench of the transmission.
