Structure Design And Motion Characteristic Research Of The Roller Conveyor With Horizontal Curves

The horizontal curves structure of roller conveyor is an important part of automatic assembly production,it’s design quality of the structure will directly affect the operating status of transfer device.Therefore,researching on transfer device with running smoothly,safe and reliable,high efficiency is also importantFor the domestic research started relatively late,compared with the foreign technical level there is still a certain gap.So,it urgently needs us to improve related research.The thesis focused on the horizontal curves structure.FirstlyJPointing out the defects by analyzing the characteristic of the existing horizontal curves structure of roller conveyor,then, improving a new type design. Subsequently,designing each part of the horizontal curves structure by virtual prototyping technology. And researching motion characteristic of the structure after dynamics analysis of the system model,verify the feasibility of structure design after finite element analysis.Finally,taking a further improvement of the structure to make the performance of the virtual prototype meet the expected requirement,in order to provide scientific guidance for the design of the prototype.Through the motion characteristic research and structure design of the roller conveyor with horizontal curves,obtaining a simple,steady,high-efficient structure scheme.It not only can provide a new direction for the development of the horizontal curves structure of roller conveyor,but also have important significance to improving the level of automation equipment of our country.
