Micro flapping wing aircraft is a kind of new concept flying robot,which imitates nature flying birds,relies on flapping wings to produce flight dynamics.Due to its good concealment and excellent flight performance, it has received the widespread attention at home and abroad. Certainly, it has a broad application prospect in both the military and civilian fields.Firstly, a brief definition of MAV, background and classification are introduced, which focuses on an overview of the micro flapping wing flight vehicle, including the development of the micro flapping wing flight vehicle, prototype research status at home and abroad, as well as the technical difficulties in the current design of the micro flapping wing flight vehicle.Secondly, focusing on analyzing the micro flapping wing flight vehicle developed by various research institutions,and after detailed study on the driving structure, establishes a double crank and double rocker driving structure. Also, analyses the principle of the crank rocker mechanism, which gets the crank rocker mechanism constraints in flapping wing.Thirdly, starting from the physical structure of birds, systematic analyzes the birds flying action and its high lift system.Through studying the plan about the existing two degrees of freedom of the flapping wing mechanism, establishes the flapping wing twist of CAM-guide groove structure, and introduces the spherical hinge structure, finally designs a new type of two degree of freedom of the flapping wing drive structure. Reference to assessment by the scaling law of flapping wing related parameters, reduction of aircraft system, the wings and tail structure are designed. At the meantime, the3D model is established based on UQ and the flapping wing mechanism was verified by kinematics simulation which do good in achieving the required movement.Then, using CFD analysis software Fluent, and embedded UDF as well as dynamic grid technology is simulated on the aerodynamic performance of aircraft wings. Next, compares the two degrees of freedom of the flapping wing mechanism with single degree about the influence on aerodynamic performance. Combining with the actual parameters, calculate the aerodynamic force of when the MAV does two degrees of freedom flapping.Lastly, utilizing dynamic analysis software ADAMS, loads the spline function on aerodynamic force into flapping wing to do dynamic simulation. And analyses the key points force situation of in a flapping cycle, which provides theory basis for subsequent prototype production.
