Flapping-wing micro air vehicle is a new-type aircraft in recent years.It selects birds and insects in natural world as bionic objects and flies through flapping-wing mode.Therefore,it has the characteristics of high visual concealment,small size and flexible flight.It has very important prospects and values in the military and civil fields.In this paper,a multi-degree-of-freedom flapping-wing micro air vehicle is developed,that is to say,the wing of the aircraft can twist while fluttering up and down.Mainly from the following aspects:From the perspective of bionics,according to the internal structure of insects,two driving methods are designed,namely: direct drive and indirect drive.Then create a two-degree-of-freedom mechanism.The theoretical analysis and software simulation are used to realize the design optimization of the three-degree-of-freedom mechanism.According to the design,the mathematical model of the mechanism is established,and the aerodynamic force of the two-degree-of-freedom flapping mechanism is calculated.At the same time,the two principles of the scale law principle and the theoretical aerodynamic calculation are used to select the driving mechanism.The wing selection and quality evaluation of the wing-wing veins achieve the wing-wing structure of the wing that meets the requirements of the stiffness structure;The aerodynamic calculation and analysis of the flapping wing mechanism verifies the rationality of the mechanism design in theory.Next,the organization is analyzed,and the theoretical aerodynamic calculation of the flapping wing mechanism is finally fitted.The aerodynamic performance generated by the flapping wing mechanism is analyzed,and the rationality verification of the theoretical model design is completed.Finally,the miniature flapping wing aircraft was assembled as a whole and a complete wind tunnel testing system was built.In the wind tunnel test system,the test balance is used to measure the lift resistance;the aerodynamic performance test of the developed flapping wing aircraft is carried out,and the comparison of the vibration test of the structure and the contrast test of different flutter modes is carried out;the different flutters are compared and analyzed.The aerodynamic force generated by the wings of the method verifies the accuracy of thesimulation results and the efficiency of the fluttering method,and provides a new design research method for the design of the flapping wing aircraft structure.
