With the development of science and technology, commercial and civil construction built moreand more higher, the problem of environmental pollution caused by the high-level water supplysystem is also increasingly.This paper takes the heat exchange station pump room as the research object. First, analyzesthe mechanism of the working principle, vibration and noise generation of water pump, thenintroduces noise test method and the design method of sound insulation, sound absorption structureand working principle, and provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research work andengineering renovation work.Secondly, the vibration isolation effect of the two different kinds of vibration isolation systemis analyzed and calculated, using the four end parameter analysis of mechanical system is simplified,the theoretical derivation of power flow transfer formula of vibration isolation system of powerflow based on. And software of the single and double layer vibration isolation system are analyzedand the vibration isolation effect of the simulation calculation and comparison of the effect ofvibration isolation by numerical analysis, and analyzes the influence of different parameters of thesystem on vibration isolation system. Comparing that the double-layer vibration isolation system isbetter than single layer vibration isolation system, single layer vibration isolation system damping,stiffness reduction, base thickness increases with better effect of vibration isolation system; doublelayer vibration isolation system damping, stiffness reduction, intermediate mass increases, theincrease of the thickness of foundation can improve the effect of vibration isolation system, but theeffect of vibration isolation system has little effect on damping coefficient. Using the software ofANSYS series using the effect of the harmonic response analysis of the isolator, the analysisindicates that the vibration isolator series stiffness decreases, the amplitude increases, the vibrationisolation effect is enhanced. High-level water supply pipeline for the modal analysis, and calculatedthe pipeline of the first ten order modal value, through the calculation result of pipeline, the sixthorder modal six times that of the fundamental frequency is the rotation frequency, pipeline isaffected by water pump vibration is larger.Finally has carried on the vibration isolation system of the actual project, the design andimplementation of the use of the means of heat exchange station water pump room noise source analysis, such as pipe system modal analysis test, on the basis of the heat exchange station waterpump room water pumps and other equipment for the design of the base isolation, heat exchangestation of water pump room wall to make it sound absorption, sound insulation, high-level watersupply pipeline for the radial and axial vibration isolation and other comprehensive measures forthe management.Results show that the modification project of the above method is used in the pumping stationis reasonable and feasible, the vibration and noise reduction effect is obvious, has achieved theanticipated effect, to a certain reference and guiding significance for similar engineeringtransformation in.
