The video data recorder is an important part of aircraft in the flight tests, to provide thenecessary scientific basis for the design and optimization of aircraft.This study is on thedevelopment of domestic and foreign research of data logger,combine engineeringapplications, expand the data logger research and design work, proposed a high-speedacquisition, storage logger design for radar video signal,and research on the high-speedacquisition of the dual-channel video signal, LVDS data remote transmission,data high-speedrecorder reliability design and other technical problems.First of all, in order to ensure theconsistency of dual channel video signal acquisition,a unified clock hardware circuit designscheme is proposed, using static timing analysis restraint asynchronous FIFO write clockwithin the FPGA, describes the data flow caching, sending logic in detail. Multipleauthentication scheme of an LVDS data transmission, correcting transmission logic may causeunstable phenomenon, ensure reliable transmission of data.Second in the further study ofFLASH storage structure and operation mode,the efficient management mode "zone" addressof FLASH is realized, with the introduction of pipelining technology, greatly improve thespeed recorder data storag.In recorder reliability, according to the choice of power supplymodule, adopt reliable installation, consider data recorder hard recovery after download,design special spare reading interface.Recorder test model is set up and to validate eachfunction unit, solved an LVDS data transmission loss of lock on the number of lostphenomenon, and data reduction, analysis of the test collection.This article research providean important reference to develop various types of solid data based on FLASH memoryrecorder.
