As the rail transit get support from government, it has developed quickly in China; many medium cities began to speed up the construction of rail transit network. With the popularity of rail transit, due to its more punctuality than the other transportation, more and more passengers tend to choose this kind of transportation to travel, especially the office worker. The increase of the passenger flow will reduce the pedestrian service level of rail transit hub, facing with the increasing passenger flow and in order to meet the need of passenger, how to evaluate the pedestrian service level, how to discover the factors led to lower service, maintain and promote the pedestrian service level of the rail transit hub, these are the top issue which the cities facing at present.In this paper, after studying a large number of documents about rail transit service level, at first, build a index set which can affect the pedestrian service level by the analysis of the characteristics of the pedestrian features and facilities, then filter the index by the expert questionnaire and the method of calculate the variation coefficient, obtain the final index system which can reflect the pedestrian service level, and introduces the definition and calculation method of each index in detail; After the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of subjective weight and objective weight method, we proposed the combination weight method to calculate the index weight, calculate the index weights of the pedestrian service level by the combination of structure of entropy method and entropy weight method", and expounds the concrete computation steps. Then the evaluation model was built based on the characteristics of "combination empowerment-matter-element theory" with the consideration of the applicable scope of all kinds of evaluation methods and the evaluated object in this paper, and expounds the detailed evaluation steps; Finally use the Anylogic software to simulate the running of the railway station hub and verified the correct of the evaluation model, transform the qualitative index into quantitative index in the simulation model, then output the simulation result and use the evaluation model to evaluate the service level of the Jiaomen West Station. The result indicates the model’s correctness and validity and it can provide advices for the management of the subway station to improve the service level.
