With the completion of the construction of the "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway network and the rapid development of inter-regional rail transit at the end of 2017,more and more rail transit hubs have been formed at the important nodes of the transport network.While pedestrians enjoy convenient,comfortable and punctual rail transit,they also put forward higher requirements for passenger transport organization of rail transit hub.With more and more passengers being attracted by rail transit,how to objectively evaluate the pedestrian service level of rail transit hub and accurately find out the influencing factors leading to the decline of pedestrian service level,so as to take appropriate measures to improve the service level of rail transit hub is a major problem in the field of rail transit.Based on the study of a large number of literature on Hub Service level,this paper first defines the concept of the regional rail transit hub.Secondly,the main influencing factors of hub service level are analyzed,mainly in the two aspects of facilities and passenger flow characteristics.Among them,the passenger flow characteristics of highspeed rail and urban rail transit are mainly analyzed.Then,considering the hub operation management department and pedestrians,the evaluation index system for service level of regional rail transit hubs is constructed from three aspects: facilities supply service,basic pedestrian travel demand and additional pedestrian travel demand.The measurement methods of each index are given.Then,the weight of evaluation index is determined by the improved comprehensive principal component analysis method,and realized by SPSS software.After synthetically referring to the applicable scenarios of commonly used evaluation methods and the characteristics of regional rail transit,the matter-element analysis theory is introduced to construct a pedestrian service level evaluation model based on matter-element analysis,and the grading range of each index is determined.Finally,Anylogic is selected to simulate the peak period and peak period of different equipment in Chengdu East Railway Station hub,and the simulation data are derived.The evaluation model is programmed with R language to calculate the service level under different scenarios of Chengdu East Railway Station hub.The calculation results show that the evaluation results of the evaluation model are consistent with the actual situation,and the main factors affecting the service level can be obtained,thus providing corresponding improvement measures for the hub operation management department.
