| It’s an indisputable fact that the National macro-control has intensified gradually and the competition of real estate industry is increasing. In order to develop better in the fierce competition, the real estate companies should start from the cost control of the project from the perspective of the throttle. For the construction projects owner, all the implementation of major economic activities are starting from the negotiating and signing of contracts, so it is a matter of course things that the contract should be managed well and the cost should be controlled well in some sense.Based on the relevant literature of contract management at home and abroad, this paper analysis the problems and inadequate when the construction project owners manage the contracts. And it gives the method to optimize the design of cost management, pointing out the necessity to optimize the management of contract, the principle of optimization and the methods to be taken. Finally, take a hotel project as an example. This paper makes a deep analysis of the problem of the cost management about the case, proposing the guide to establish a contractual planning and the system of dynamic cost management and control in the specific implementation process. And then the specific control measures is taken to draw up the contract planning and carry out the contract planning of all aspects. |
