A civil aircraft in emergency situations (unknown, alarm and distress) appeared will threat people’s lives and property safety, and have a serious negative impact on economic and political. Although with the gradual application of aircraft manufacturing technology and new navigation technology makes the security technology of civil aircraft has been greatly improved, because of the weather conditions, human factors and the aircraft’s own fault, in recent two years, the civil aircraft accidents still occur frequently.This paper from the organizational level, on the basis of literature review, questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation, to improve the current civil aircraft search organizational structure, to further clarify the various search unit responsibility, putting forward different stages of civil aircraft search coordination scheme, building up information flow of civil aircraft search and constructing the civil aircraft search mechanism in accordance with the situation of our country.In order to quickly determine the position of aircraft, through aerodynamic analysis of the crashed aircraft, draw the radius of region that the aircraft may fall, then the known and unknown location of the accident aircraft were discussed, so as to establish the model which the crashed aircraft may fall.After determining the search area, in this paper, by using the optimal search theory to establish the mathematical model of civil aircraft optimal search, to solve the model by means of Lagrange method, thus achieving the optimal allocation of limited resources, through the example analysis, verified the superiority than traditional methods.Finally, based on the above constructed prediction model of search area and optimal search model, on the Windows7operating system, each function module of civil aircraft search decision auxiliary system is developed with C#programming language and object-oriented VS2010integrated development platform, through inputting parameters in each module, obtained the latitude and longitude of each key point, and carries on the visual display in Google Earth. The results show that the software has fast calculation speed, by comparing with the previous example analysis verify the accuracy of the model, it can provide technical support and reference for civil aircraft search work.
