Study On Road Traffic Flow Data Quality Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

ABSTRACT:With the contradiction between the city road traffic demand and supply has become increasingly prominent, but the traditional traffic management means and methods have difficult to solve it. Only by means of information technology can realize the intelligent and information of city traffic management. However, to provide high quality information services, It must be base on high quality of the data. The current traffic flow data present the problem of a huge number but low utilization rate. Therefore, to establish the perfect and effective traffic system of comprehensive analysis and evaluation of data quality, in order to improve the traffic information service level, to provide more practical travel information, to meet the needs of users, in order to further improve the traffic management level, to improve the reliability of traffic operation and emergency management capability.This paper is based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method establish road traffic flow data quality evaluation system, puts forward the complete work flow of data collection、quality control、data fusion、quality evaluation、application of feedback, study all aspects of improve the data quality methods. Modified Buckley model, use the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to establish fuzzy matrix, use piecewise function way to establish evaluation index membership function, based on these studies, detailed introduction to the theory and application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, taking the video detector data for reference, respectively to the floating car and microwave detector data as object of study, respectively three distinct phases to evaluate data quality of micro and macro road sections.
