Remote power switching system is dedicated to the railway signal system of a device, not only can achieve long-distance power supply path switching function between Road I and Road II, but also from one computer can control the power switching of multiple stations, also has operations management system that can record the exact time switching power operation.Working principle of the system is the two railway signal relays JPXC-1000which series access to the railway signal power toggle button line. When remote power switching control box receiving the handover command from a remote host computer, the control box will control relays pick up and drop instead of people manually pressed toggle button, which can achieve remote control switching function of power Road I to Ⅱ or Road Ⅰ to Ⅱ.Remote power switching system control box is the core of the system, it implements logic control and real-time communication with the host computer through the chip LPC2387ARM7core, and internal control box includes a power supply circuit, filter circuit, indicator, reset circuit, dynamic drive circuit, Ethernet interface circuit and various input and output interface circuit. Finally be able to safely and reliably control the action of the relay.When it implements remote control, the control message sent from the monitor computer of work area, at a rate of100Mbps over Ethernet reach affiliated stations mechanical room’s remote power switching system, real-time performance is very high. System complies with fail-safe principle, whether components is damaged or incorrect information transfered will not affect the other devices of railway system, and the components and modules used by the device itself are industrial level, the safety factor and the stability factor is very high, so that the system itself has a good safety and stability.The main contents of this paper:First, based on the analysis of existing manual switching power supply screen principle, proposed railway signal power remote switching system line renovation ideas and design principles, and designs for remote power switching the next crew hardware of the system. Secondly, in the design of the hardware, based on the use uC/OS-Ⅱ operating system, the development of embedded software on T2387I industrial control modules, designed to complete the system of the host computer and the next crew communication and control functions. Again, using the software Microsoft Visual C++6.0focuses on the establishment of communication flow TCP communications, according to the functional requirements of the system to complete the PC software. Finally, we set up a system test verification platform in a lab environment, reflecting the application and use of the system, to complete the engineering requirements.
