The research of this thesis of remote monitoring system for railway signal dual power supply is a system specially used for railway signal power supply.It innovatively breaks through the limitation of traditional local switching of the dual power supply,it can achieve long-distance power supply switching control function between Road I and Road ?,and multiple stations' long-range power monitoring management can be realized on one monitoring computer.The system provides a practical and convenient solution for remote power switching,can alleviate the problems of long time and high cost when facing the power supply switching operation,and effectively improve the work efficiency,and is of great significance for the railway station to carry out the informatization and modernization management.The working principle of the system is use two railway signal relays JWXC-1700 and make their back contacts connected to the railway signal power supply panel's switching circuit in series,they are controlled by an already developed control device with communication function.When to implement remote control,control command and data are sent from the monitoring computer in work area,reach the control device setup in the affiliated station's mechanical room through railway signal microcomputer monitoring network,after control device receiving the handover information,it will export dynamic pulse and drive relays to excitation,replacing the operation of manual push on toggle button,which can achieve remote power switching control function.The control device is the core of the system,it is developed on the basis of T2387I industrial control module with ARM7 core,can realize real-time communication with host computer and logic control.Control device includes power supply circuit,dynamic-static switching output driver circuit,relay status monitoring circuit,Ethernet interface circuit,JTAG debug port circuit,EEPROM storage expansion circuit,code recognition circuit,status lamps circuit,etc.The modules and components used in the device are at industrial level with high safety factor,have good performance of safety and stability.The device obeys fail-safe principle and is able to safely and reliably control the excitation action of the relays.Whether components are damaged or network fails will not cause erroneous action or affect the other devices in railway system.Based on the hardware,develop embedded program that can run on T2387I industrial control module,use ?C/OS-? embedded operating system to carry out multitask scheduling management,and realize network communication,relay excitation control,EEPROM data access outside chip,program IAP remote update and other functions.Use the development environment Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 in host computer platform to complete control software development,such as software UI and interactive design,communication with UDP protocol,command processing and so on.With the coordination of the software of the upper and lower computer,the work of communication and power switching control and detection of the whole system is completed.After completing the development of the whole system,set up a simple system and a functions test platform in lab,examine the functions and performance of the system,obtain the practical application condition and give evaluation,conclude that the system meets the design requirements.Considering the feedback of field application,the system can satisfy the project needs.
