Integrated Research Of SIS For Power Plant

At present, the power generation group and affiliated companies throughout thecountry have made great efforts to promote "efficiency arising, energy saving andenvironmental protection" as the center of all-round deepening reforms, increasinglyintense cost competition among power companies. Creating a supervisory controlsystem for thermal power enterprises, consistent with national call for upgradingpower company business strategy, so there still needs to study the power plantmonitoring and control systems from the entire production process, to discuss theadvantages of monitoring systems of power plant from deep side, complete theimprovement from process monitor to the production and operation comprehensivemonitor, so as to promote the modernization of production and management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.First, this paper presents current basic situation of worldwide power plantmonitoring and control systems, the influence and scope of power plant monitoringsystem grow bigger and bigger over a long period of improvement, it is essential forelectric power plant’s safety during their development and management and thesustainable and healthy development of power plants, also power plant monitoringsystem is an essential systems for all the thermal power plants around the world.Second, this paper presents the current development situation of monitoring andcontrol system of thermal power plants in China, the most important role of themonitoring and control system is that it provide comprehensive monitoring of theproduction process for the power plant, complete equipment and facility upgrades,but computing standards, preparation of report number, performance appraisal andother aspects of the monitoring functions still require further exploration and discussion. Also this paper introduces the specific functions of monitoring systemcurrently in thermal power plants in many ways, research and analyze the functionimprovement direction of monitoring system in thermal power plant.Third, the author has carried on the detailed analysis and explanation accordingto the specific processes of integrated monitoring system of his company, from thepower plant system master plan, power plant monitoring system improvementprogram, system specific functions design and system operation process under thereal condition. After the thermal power plant monitoring and control system’simprovements in our company, monitoring system operate in good condition andhelp companies make more money, improve the company’s competitive strengthsand minimize the cost of input.
