There are lot of technology applications in power plant, such as computer technology, network technology and kinds of control technology. It will advantage information system constructing. But the product of power plants can't be stored. So production information must keep up with the requirement information. Enterprises have to enhance the capacity of capturing the outside information in time,improving communication in a area and conforming data by constructing information system . Under the power market circumstance, information system has to be consistent with the dynamic variety of business and pays attention to the speediness reaction ability. So power plants information system not only fit into automatically controlling and producing but also is scientific dynamic cooperating intellectual and integrated. According to above-mentioned, the paper brings forward power plant information integration platform based on business process management and research it.At first, the article has analyzed the character of power plant and situations of power plant information system at present, Then it points out that the information integration of the power system is being dispersed applications and now moving towards combining applications,Secondly, the article has discussed the enterprise application integration technology, which be used in constructing power plant information system, and compare the support technology of the EAI, especially pay more attention to Web Services. On the basis of these, the paper has analyzed the EAI based on Web Services.Thirdly, the article studies the business process management technology and summarizes the character of the business process management theory and technology, then mention the business process modeling and modeling language face to web services. The paper brings forward the framework and implement of BPM system.Finally, the article has proposed building up the power plant information integration platform with BPM technology. This platform consists of power plant business process center, power data center and power message center. The article specifies the scheme of the platform and three centers framework and implement.
