According to automotive electronic control automatic mechanicaltransmission (AMT) controller (TCU) testing requirements, we design thetest TCU functionality, reliability and durability testing and certificationtestbench, and simulated vehicle load relays, motor load, PWM signal, avariety of automotive analog and digital signals. PC, Part VC++6.0and Dreamweaver use two softwaredevelopment PC display control system, by way of CAN bus communicationand test equipment; Standard Commands for Programmable Instrumentsset by (SCPI) programmable control Agilent to provide a stable powersupply for TCU; through the serial port control to provide high and lowtemperature for the TCU test environment. PC as a central control system tocomplete the combination of power, high and low temperature, and testequipment to work together, not only to improve test efficiency and speed ofresponse, and has a beautiful interface.This design testing and certification testbench supports ten simultaneous test equipment for testing, effectively improve the efficiency of testing andcertification TCU, and achieved most of the functionality of TCU fullyautomated test, the test results are accurate and stable.
