With the development of science and technology, the car’s speed has been rising, andalong with the improvement of people’s living standards, depending on the convenience, andcomfort, the car applied in real life so universally. To ensure the safety of cars as one of theimportant parts, indirect vision provides the car driver is very important. Therefore,installation and use of rear-view mirror in the rear-view mirror, the qualification of mirror andwhether can provide truthful and accurate information for the driver is crucial. The mostimportant parameter is the radius of curvature which involves the rear-view mirror the size ofthe view, the authenticity of the imaging and imaging distance.In automotive rear-view mirror in our country at present the national standard isGB15084performance and installation requirements of automotive rear-view mirror. Themost important feature of auto rear-view mirror is for the eye sight of the driver’s car side andafter the car. Therefore, in the production and use of the rear-view mirror, whether the driverobserves the true objective of effective information t outside he car, is an important part of thestandard car rear-view mirror. Auto rear-view mirror curvature radius is one of the mostimportant indicators testing the standard.To solve the actual problem of detection for auto rear-view mirror curvature radius, wepropose detection systems which detect the eligibility of radius of curvature of car mirrors.According to the qualified rate of the curvature radius of the intelligent detection, this systemthrough the use of single-chip microcomputer control detects whether to reach the nationalstandard. In this detection system, the biggest breakthrough is the design and practice of aseparate detection system from the host computer. The system not only increases the detectionpersonnel mobility, saves the test cost and at the same time improves the detection efficiencyof radius of curvature. At the same time, this system also can find all kinds of problemsexiting in the design and production process of the rear-view mirror, and can be modified andperfected, and the development and design of the mirror provide the corresponding data andtechnology as reference. It is also of great significance in the actual production and life.Based on the general installation and test method of auto rear-view mirror, the paper introduces some knowledge related to the rear-view mirror: such as the concept of curvatureradius, mirrors classification and rear-view mirror size vision and requirements andintroduces the basic knowledge necessary to comply with the national standard and the basicmeasurement methods of detection of mirror. Use detection equipment to help us detect someimportant parameters rear-view mirror to improve the efficiency of detection.In recent years, the electronic information technology to upgrade the speed graduallyaccelerated, and the function of the chip can be improved, which response speed is faster.Micro-controller is put into more industrial control equipment. As the main control chip,micro-controller is not only easy to use, but can save a lot of cost. Considering the actualneeds of the system detection accuracy, the related hardware circuit design principle and thesystem, we finally chose the strong performance of the32bit PIC32MX7micro-controller asthe main control chip, human-computer interaction circuit and some interface circuit, drivecircuit, detection etc.. Finally through combining the software design with hardware circuit,the paper design a set of hardware circuit considering the optimization of the hardware circuit,the comprehensive stability, reliability, convenient function expansion and other aspects.The use of software to realize the hardware power not only can improve the safety of thehardware, reduce the number of chips, but also can reduce production cost. Therefore, in thepremise of realizing the basic functions of the system, as much as possible the paper realizessoftware design with hardware. In this paper, the use of modular design is more accurate inthe part of software, and in order to realize the function, the detection system is divided into anumber of sub modules. This distinction is good at compiling, relatively independent moduleshelps you debug bug and easier to find problems, and then reduced the software developmenttime.The final test and error analysis of each system is very important, it is a test of the theoryis to perfect the system and modify. This paper made the corresponding test and analysis ofthe results from the interface of the system, the function and the stability to ensure the systemfeasibility, practicability and stability.
