In recent years, with the various aspects of fast and steady development in ourcountry, our country’s railway transportation industry quality also has been rapidascension. At present, our country makes the development of the railway industry asthe latest development strategy. Our railway speed has been increased for many times,carried out the construction of high-speed rail, moreover, our rail industry technicallevel has reached the leading level in the world. Our country has put a lot of advancedtechnology to the foreign. But our country also has its own special problems ofrailway transportation, our country is populous and industrial power, which make railtransport is one of the most important transportation method in our country. The traintransport the personnel, logistics goods, and industrial raw materials. With theimprovement of people’s living level and cultural level, people continuously increasethe frequency of travel; the rapid development of logistics industry, also make therailway transportation increase a lot.Railway signal equipment is a key part of the normal operation of railway, which isthe guarantee of the safe operation of the train. How to find fault in time and how toadopt new detection technology and new equipment to improve the failure analysismethods for troubleshooting is the research hot spot. The rapid repair faults, rule outtroubleshooting, various of railway signal equipment state monitoring and detection iscurrently one of the highlights research in the railway transport department. Railwaysignal equipments are ensure the safe operation of the railway in our country. China’srailway signal equipment are constantly updated, reform, perfect and modernization;maintenance system has been perfect; the quality of maintenance personnel alsoconstantly improve. Overall, China’s railway signal equipment maintenance qualityand maintenance level has been a huge ascension, however, along with the constantincrease in the number of passenger rail lines in our country; the railway transportspeed continuously increased; the railway signal equipments are complex; the signalof railway transportation is diversity; railway running environment complexity;hese causes make railway signal equipment failure has the randomicity, diversity andcomplexity.They also can put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of railway signal equipment in time. Railway signal equipment fault require to been quickresponse mechanism. The quality of railway signal equipment is put higherrequirement, in addition, the speed of railway maintenance and repair time are alsoput higher requirement. Now, there are a lot of railway signal equipments, which theyhave display, control and alarm functions. Detection method is very complex. Theydirect the railway running work. If the faults are not maintenance in time, it can causethe delay of the train, or disrupt railway running order, even cause major accidentsand casualties. Therefore relying on artificial testing has not adapted to the currentdevelopment trend.To sum up, China’s current railway transport industry, require to develop a intelligent diagnosis system for real-time analysis of data in the field, detect anddiagnosis fault in time. In this paper, we design expert diagnosis system based on awide variety failure of railway signal equipment daily. First, the system can find andanalyze the early warn of the state based on a lot of historical data. The system canalso provide reliable historical data for maintenance personnel; it can also use expertsystem diagnosis method to solve the railway operation failure problem and determinethe fault location. The system can provide the most appropriate maintenance method and submit to maintenance personnel. Through the system, it greatly improve theefficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance. The system is composed of multiplechild module, the historical data of railway signal equipment testing module, theanalysis of the failure module, statement analysis module. Moreover, in this paper, thevarious inference rules and diagnosis method is introduced in detail. The paperillustrated the concrete application process of the expert system and provide theoperation method of the railway signal equipment failure analysis, which gave us thecorrect processing schemes in time in order to make readers better understand. Thepaper analyzed the some shortages of the system, at the same time, the need for futurework is also prospected.
