The coal industry as a pillarof the economy in all regions of Shanxi is also undergoing restructuring anddevelopment. As a product of the coal industry, coal city in Shanxi had asignificant impact on the development in the urbanization of Shanxi. Newurbanization of the government promoted the urbanization development inShanxi. Shanxi Coal City as a special town mode, should be combined with therequirements of the new urbanization.Construction is an important part of the construction of the newurbanization. According to the requirements of the new urbanization to norms the work related to theconstruction has an important significance. According to these factors, a kind of evaluation ofconstruction project management standard method--fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to evaluate content and direction of The Shanxi coal city constructionproject management standard, According to the result of investigation andstudy combined with the new urbanization construction requirements, theinfluence of four are summarized in Shanxi province coal city constructionproject management index are safety management, construction qualitymanagement, livability construction management and management efficiency,and one by one and discusses its importance.
