Research On Standardization Management Of Construction Project

Construction industry is the foundation of the national economy, which plays an important role in the development of our country's economy. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's construction industry, high-rise, long-span building construction technology, large span prestress, suspension bridge construction technology, underground engineering construction technique of shield tunnel, large volume concrete pouring technology have reached or come close to the international advanced level. However, in sharp contrast, the development of the construction industry in our country suffers from the problems of safety, quality, cost and so on. This technology breakthrough in the "sophisticated" construction project and the general construction project management problems fully embody that the project management foundation work which is not solid of the construction industry in our country. Some excellent domestic construction enterprises have begun to try the standardization work. Compared with manufacturing enterprises, due to the characteristics of construction projects, the standardization of project management is more difficult.In this paper, on account of the research status both at home and abroad and relevant theory, on the basis of specific research ideas and research methods of this article; Through to construction engineering project management present situation and existing problems of analysis, points out the necessity of standardization of construction engineering project management, and design from the top of the standard system, the construction project management standard system is refined as the sixteen standard sub system, organization and management for projects; Based on the top design of standards system of construction engineering project analysis, the security environment management standard sub system design; According to the particularity of construction engineering, building safety environment management standard sub system of the five modules and extended to several criteria, and put forward the construction engineering project management standardization strategy. This paper puts forward the standard system which can effectively solve the problems existing in the construction enterprises. It can change the present extensive project management pattern and improve the level of construction enterprise project management and efficiency. Hope that through this article research,to promote project management for the whole construction industry the establishment and perfection of the standardization.
