Research On The Management Evaluation Of Construction Project In Colleges

Engineering project management plays a certain value-added role in the construction of infrastructure projects.How to build a university campus with culture and background,how to achieve the goal of safe,reliable,good quality and reasonable cost through effective project management is the purpose of this study.Based on the problems existing in the evaluation of project management in a university,this paper puts forward some ideas for improving the evaluation of project management,and then constructs an evaluation index system for construction project management of colleges and universities(involving project planning,design management,progress management,quality management,etc.),forming a project management evaluation model which is in line with a university construction project,including 11 two.Grade index,34 three level index.And the evaluation method and maturity standard of project management in a certain university are clarified.On this basis,the project of a pre-school training building in a university is taken as the research object,and the relevant experts are invited to determine the weight and fuzzy evaluation,and the evaluation results of the project management of the pre-school training building are formed,and the previous analysis is made.Problems in the planning,design management,quality management and schedule management are given to improve the project management level.On the whole,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and method system of a university's construction project management,and gives the evaluation results.Compared with the qualitative analysis of project management evaluation,it is more scientific,reasonable and comprehensive,and it can provide reference for other university project management evaluation.
