For the layout of the small and medium-sized cities, urbancommercial planning is an important part of urban commercialdevelopment. City business is closely related to people’s life, highlightingthe important function of the city. In recent years, many problems such asthe layout of small and medium-sized city commercial business centerarea without reasonable scientific planning, or commercial distribution isnot balanced.After entering the new period, especially the government for "newurbanization" is put forward, and the rapid development of electroniccommerce, the commercial development of small and medium-sizedcities has very important significance.
