How to apply the efficient and mature EPC general contracting mode at home and abroad to the field of landscape and ecology construction is particularly important.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of the EPC mode, the concept of landscape ecological construction, Thenin order to increase the additional value on building products, the paperuse PEST model to analyze the macro environment of landscape ecology,use value chain theory and industrial organization theory to analyze the landscape ecology construction enterprises how to pay attention to the value of innovation, dig the value-added space of EPC general contracting mode, explore the deep cross of the design, procurement, construction to provideclients withcomprehensive new services. So, the application of EPCgeneral contracting mode in the field of landscape ecology construction is necessary and feasible.After further, the paper researches the design management, procurement management, construction management of EPC mode in the landscape ecology construction project, taking the example of OL company’s Chengdu Pi county riverside landscape ecological project to analysis the reliability and validity of the model used.In view of the problems which happened, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Sothe paper Summarizesthe successful applying of EPC mode in industry and the applications which could involvenot so perfect places.Putting forward the aspects of national policies regulations and industry standards should be improved increasingly.In the end the author forms the conclusion ofthis paper’s research,and hope toput this kind of business mode promote and reference in the same industry enterprises..
