| Automotive camshaft cover assembly line is an important part o f the automatic assembly line for automobile engines. The main purpose is to achieve the automated assembly of the engine cover tile, it features tile cover bolt tightening and tile cover marking. C urrently, many car manufacturers still have difficulty in realizing mechanical assembly automation for engine camshaft cover, manual operation with a simple twist of electric or pneumatic tightening machine has low productivity, and hardly to meet the precision assembly requirement. Much attention has been attracted to the car camshaft cover assembly line design for solving these problems.According to the transport direction of the workpiece and the assembly process, automotive camshaft cover assembly line could be divided into the feeding station, pre-positioning sleeve and press- fit stations, pre-watt station covers and bolt, bolt tightening watt station covers, automatic marking station and cutting station. As part of the entire camshaft cover engine assembly line, the feeding station of the vehicle assembly line uses automatic feeding mode, pre-positioning sleeve and press- fit stations to achieve tile positioning sleeve for cover, tile cover and tighten the bolts marking station automatically achieve watt head bolts tightened and tile cover marking, cutting transport and transfer station detects assembled parts, the entire assembly process is completed.In this paper, focusing on the completion of the work is the visual design of the car camshaft cover assembly line. It includes a lot of work to be done. At first, according to each station works and process it needs to develop the overall structure of the program. At second, it drawing two-dimensional assembly general plan for each station by CAD. At third, modeling the three-dimensional part by SOLIDWORKS in line with its actual size, and in accordance with the actual operation of the device to impose restrictions and complete 3D simulation assembly. According to the cap bolt tightening and marking position, use SOLIDWORKS to make motion simulation which depend on the real environment. And according to the actual situation of the cap bolt and marking position is proposed to optimize the structure and ensure the rational design of production lines.Meanwhile the main structure of the composition in each station has been analyzed in this thesis, the critical components of the station has been designed, according to the composition of R & D unit, and the finite element static characteristics of components in the process of tile cover bolt tightening and stations marking have been analyzed by SLIDWORKS to capture the stress and deformation distribution, then to ensure the strong mechanical properties and favorable mechanical properties and the stability of the entire device assembly processing. |
