The body structure of the Hydraulic Press is an important part of the structure of the hydraulic press. With traditional design method to design the fuselage structure, there are many problems, such as the use of materials is too conservative, weight is too big, economic benefits is low coarse, thereby reducing the competitiveness of products. This paper introduces the development of Hydraulic Press structure, design and analysis methods of the Hydraulic Press structure, and makes a summary of the domestic hydraulic structure optimization research. This topic uses SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software, analyzes the stress distribution and equivalent deformation of the Four Column Hydraulic Machine body and main parts, carries on the optimization of the main parts of the machine body, and completes the product lightweight design in line with the strength and stiffness of the premise.First of all, the accurate assembly model and analysis model is established, based on the existing YH32-800 Four Column Hydraulic Machine body. According to the actual situation, the boundary conditions are applied. The auther makes the static analysis of the press frame and the main components structural, finds out the stress distribution and deformation by using ANSYS Workbench, and evaluates the original design. Then, according to the results of static analysis, it is concluded that the design of the original scheme of the machine body and the main parts of the press has a larger space for optimization. Then, a three-dimensional parametrical model is established based on real size. The strength and stiffness are taken as the constraint condition. The thickness of the rib plate is taken as the design variable. The minimum value is the objective function. It uses Explorer Design rapid optimization tool to optimize and improve. In the optimization, it selects lots of design experimental points, calculates the target response values of different experimental points, and obtains the optimal design of the main components. Finally, the author has assembled all the parts to carry on the static analysis of the structure of the press body, and evaluates the effect of the final optimized design scheme.
