Informatization is the inevitable trend of the world’s economic and social development has become a strong driving force to promote the development of human society, high speed, big in the national modernization development strategy. Informatization of railway engineering in railway construction quality monitoring not only plays the role of more and more big, and in a very important position in the railway development, is the strategic high ground and in the development of railway industry the main symbol of modernization.Railway field laboratory is an important part of engineering construction, it needs to provide a basis for quality assurance in the construction, so the construction of the lab test should be advanced, scientific testing methods, to ensure accurate and original unmodified tests data, in order to ensure construction quality. So the field laboratory information system design and implementation is imperative.This article through to the needs of field research and analysis, adopts B/S and C/S mode, the combination of railway field laboratory information management system can be divided into two parts of the terminal software and management platform. Railway field laboratory management system, strictly follow the ideas of software engineering based on. NET framework of c # language development, development tools for Visual Studio 2010, selects the MySql and ORACLE, and uses the.NET framework of ADO.NET for database access. Terminal software adopts three layer architecture design, implement orders management, experiment information management and data collection, calculation, revised, judge, upload and other functions; Management platform on the architecture implements the test query, statistical analysis, personnel management, equipment management and system maintenance and other major business functions. The unqualified test data, the alarm information, messages can be timely sent to the relevant responsible persons. A steel yield strength calculation method, and have been applied on site and validation; Through the combination of NPOI and AxDSOFramer controls can for filling out the test report and record test data and display; Use MD5 encryption, landing a real-name authentication; To upload data using digital signature encryption is encrypted.
