Ground signal equipments of China’s high-speed-railway are comprised of independent information interaction on the basis of communication subsystems. With the improvement of train running speed and shorting of train running interval, the higher requirements of correctness, accuracy, sequence and information transmission time delay between each subsystem are put forward. At first, the safety and reliability of each subsystemare required, and also the interconnectivity and consistencyare required. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate and optimize Coputer-based Interlocking(CBI) and Train Control Center(TCC), to meet the needs of high-speed signal.In this paper, the research situation at local and abroad were reviewed and discussed in detail, with using the modern computer integrated technology, data fusion technology and the integrationtheory, integration train control technique of station and section(ISS) is put forward to meet requirements of China’s high-speed signal.This paper mainly studies the software and hardware structureof CBI and TCC, and deduces its structure model.Through deeply studying Safe computer platform of ISS, the author design the hardware and software structure and interfaces of ISS, put forward ISS solution of the comprehensive functionsand complete structure.Based on the Monte Carlo simulation to calculate reliability and availability value of CBI, TCC and ISS, through a detailed analysis on the safety, advantages and disadvantages, this paper provides reference for subsequent in-depth study. |
