Since entering in twenty-first Century, China's high-speed rail construction in the explosive growth, high-speed rail mileage in the world's first, high-speed railway in the development of China's national economy plays a very important role. CTCS-3 is used in the high speed railway in our country.CTCS-3 system can meet the needs of the current high-speed railway operation, the maximum can adapt to the speed of 300-350 km line, and can be compatible with the lower level of the train control system. RBC is especially important in the system. RBC analysis of the route information provided by the station interlocking system and calculate the train license on the line after the traffic license is calculated. In order to control train safety, fast operation.In this paper, the overall technical scheme of frame CTCS-3, change the operation of high-speed railway interlocking railway occurred in the RBC will cause the driving license canceled, causing very EMU brake problems, flow analysis method of fault is analyzed by the information data.Aiming at the fault reason, based on the technical conditions of information data RBC and interlocking system flow, RBC mobile authorization scope and interlock route changes, to explore the use of increased information exchange between RBC and interlocking system to solve the problems of strategy.In the course of the discussion, the paper introduces the classification of CTCS and its structure, the position and function of RBC in CTCS.The main functions and system structure of RBC are described.Analysis of the interface between RBC and CBI, as well as between them SAM signal authorized data information and TIM train data information.And the relationship between RBC and CBI is discussed.
