With the rapid development of the railway system,the Electrical Interlocking System isgradually replaced by the Computer Interlocking System.How should organize the structureof the system,and whether the organization is reasonable and effective,and the reliability andsecurity of the system is improved, whether the investment of the system is able toreduce,which all will have a direct impact on the promotion and use of the ComputerInterlocking System.Centralized control and management methods in the traditional Compute InterlockingSystem is designed to be distributed in the Distributed Computer System of RailwayStation,the Distributed Computer System moves the trackside execution units(including signalmodules,switch machine modules,track modules,etc.) which control the outdoor signaldevices(switch machines,signal,track circuit) to the next to the controlled devices,the systemachieves distributed control through secure communication system.As one of the three basic equipment of the railway system,signals provide strongguarantee for the train which can run safely and efficiently.In the background of theDistributed Computer Interlocking System,the paper puts the Train Signal Module of thetrackside execution units as the object of study, its purpose is to study one kind of commontrain signal module combining with the functions and control technology of the traditionallighting circuit of train signal and the feature of the Distributed Computer InterlockingSystem.The study will make the traditional control circuit of the home signal,route signal andthe outbound signal in two direction with shunting signal electronic,modularized,intelligentiz-ed and trackside so as to control safely and stably the opening and closing of the the homesignal,route signal and the outbound signal in two direction with shunting signal.On the basis of the in-depth research about the Computer Interlocking System and thelighting control circuit of train signals,the paper put forward the overall design scheme andtechnical performance of the train signal module of the Distributed Computer InterlockingSystem of the railway station.The train signal module adopts security structure,and controlsseven lights divided into different groups using two MCU which must keep pace,and receivesthe lighting commands transmitted down by the interlocking machine using CAN buscommunication technology.In the meantime,the status of the module and the lighting state ofsignal are monitored in real time and the status information is uploaded to the InterlockingSystem. According to the overall design and technical performance of the module,the paperelaborates the hardware and software design of the train signal module utilizing the computertechnology,CAN bus communication technology,automatic control technology and powerelectronics technology,and the security and reliability design of the train signal module is introduced.In order to further ensure that the train signal module can work safely andreliably,the paper expounds the design of electromagnetic compatibility and the lightningprotection measures in line with the requirements that the railway signal equipments mustmeet in the railway standard files.
