To provide power for electrified railway traction power supply system, is the key of the electrified railway train operation equipment, guarantee the safe and stable operation of traction power supply system has significant meaning for the punctual operation of railway transportation safety. Catenary of the traction power supply system, traction substation equipment generally adopt outdoor layout, run for a long time in harsh environments, such as wind and rain, heat, cold, electric burns is one of the common failure types, especially in all kinds of wire clip joint fault happens. Although the cause of electrical burns a lot of, but before electric burns, there is the phenomenon of metal body temperature. Some existing detection methods at home and abroad is also unable to achieve the temperature real time acquisition, cross the line monitoring center in time report to the police. So the development of the Internet side of traction power supply temperature online monitoring system is particularly important.This article in view of the traction power supply end a online equipment joint because of abnormal temperature rise of problem, put forward a kind of technology based on Internet of things, the wire connection to install wireless temperature acquisition unit, and implements the real-time data acquisition, processing, alarm, reach the role of the real-time online monitoring. This article main research content is as follows: this paper expounds the significance of traction power supply side online monitoring, and the traction power supply end temperature online monitoring of the status quo at home and abroad are analyzed; Is proposed based on Internet of things technology of on-line monitoring system for the overall plan; Design for wireless temperature acquisition unit, data concentrator, data processing system, and gives the preliminary thermal defect classification method and basis.
