With the rapid development of electrified railways,the safe transportation of electric locomotives is of paramount importance.due to the overhead line is an important equipment for electrified railway power supply and the power source of electric locomotives,and the stability and reliability of the normal operation of the overhead line is essential for the safe operation of the railway.And the electrical connection clamp acts as a connection point between the clues and the clues in the overhead line,abnormal overheating and partial burn failure are likely to occur,resulting in power interruption and affecting the safe operation of the locomotive.Therefore,in order to find the connection nodes with abnormal temperature in time and eliminate the potential safety hazard,it is extremely important to perform real-time remote monitoring of the temperature of the clamp.Aiming at the phenomenon that the contact cable clamp is prone to anomaly temperature,an internet of things-based technology is proposed.The temperature of the clamp is collected by the temperature sensor at the clamp,and the temperature information is remotely transmitted to the One Net platform through the NB-Io T wireless communication technology.Therefore the purpose of remote online monitoring of the clamp temperature is achieved.For the problem of monitoring the power supply of the terminal electronic equipment,and this paper proposes a power supply method for taking power from the busbar induction,completes the selection of the core material of the induction coil,the parameter design,and the design of the power take-off circuit.Then it has been verified by experiments that it can meet the power supply requirements of the monitoring terminal.In view of the actual number of monitoring nodes and the long transmission distance,the NB-Io T technology based on the Internet of Things is finally determined as the communication scheme.In terms of data uploading,the data message transmission of the monitoring terminal in this paper is based on the MQTT protocol.And the protocol is used to report data messages to the cloud platform.The clamp temperature monitoring terminal design is divided into hardware design and software design.In terms of hardware design,STM32F103RBT6 from STMicroelectronics was selected as the main control chip,and Quectel's BC35-G was used as the NB-Io T communication module.And the power supply design included the power supply circuit and the power conversion circuit,the hardware circuit of monitoring terminal is designed with the modular design idea.In terms of software design,the program design content mainly includes the system initialization of the host,the serial port unit,the timer design,the temperature acquisition design,the design of the MQTT message protocol of the NB-Io T wireless communication module,and the design of the connection to the cloud platform.Finally,the monitoring terminal designed in this paper has done experiments in the laboratory to monitor the temperature of the contact cable clamps,and realized the remote monitoring of the temperature of the clamp on the cloud platform.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design.
